I had such an easy going experience with these guys. The most pleasant way to have spent 15k lol. They made everything so streamlined, so fast and literally no pressure sale. I walked in, I went home to try and decide between a Ducati and an Aprillia. I called the next day and the Aprillia had sold. They quickly brought me a bike, had it setup and worked with me to get the purchase done remotely. Absolutely stellar. Highly recommend giving these guys a shot if you're purchasing. If you’re considering the purchase of a motorcycle brand that is carried by GP Motorcycles, there is no need to look any further. They are hands down the best motorcycle dealership I’ve dealt with since I owned my first Honda 50 minibike in 1971. I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing four motorcycles from GP and each and every time it’s been a thoroughly wonderful experience. GP is a dealership that truly treats you like you’re a member of their family. They also intimately know and appreciate the products they market as well. They don’t dabble in anything. They’re experts. They always have the best prices too! Their service department is superb as well! I just couldn’t be happier! Paul (the owner) is simply the best! Kudos to you Paul! The members of his team that helped me through my latest purchase are truly what you’d hope to have as employees if you owned and operated a motorcycle dealership as well. They truly care about you as a customer and it shows! Shout out to Chris in sales, Joe, Caelan and Manny in Parts, Frank in customer satisfaction/sales (thanks for helping me load my new bike on the trailer!), and Raeanna in finance (the paper master!). Overall an exceptional experience. They have a great selection, their sales team is very consultative, the finance/deal-processing gal is efficient and responsive. Also, as part of my purchase (which I got a fantastic deal), I had some stock equipment upgraded. So my experience with Parts and Service was also a very positive one. They run a good shop here and you can tell that they care about their customers. Location is convenient (right off the highway). Highly recommend and I'll be going back to them for servicing and whenever it's time for my next bike.

Edit and updated due to response: I'm glad the owner himself takes the time to reply to the reviews that they get, I would buy again from this dealer even it was used. Considering the issue I was having was a small leak coming from a SUPER uncommon issue with these motorcycles that I was able to diagnose and fix myself after a tear down, it was leaking from the stator where the wires go into the stator case IN BETWEEN the wires) Overall, I would say definitely choose this dealer for new or used motorcycles. When I bought my brand new 390 Duke from them the service was top notch and worked with me even getting the motorcycle delivered next day. I'm just now reviewing this, I bought a motorcycle from them 6 months ago. 2015 DRZ400SM. The following morning after getting the bike home I noticed it had an oil leak. Took it to them and they said it was coming from a seal around the crankshaft. I took the bike to a mechanic I know well and they replaced the seal, alas the motorcycle is still leaking. I figured a dealer would catch things like this before selling a motorcycle to a customer. I hate that I have this experience because I bought another bike from this dealer before it got stolen and they were able to deliver it next day. It's been a pain having a bike for 6 months and not even a "we'll take a look at the bike and see whats going on" instead they just took a 30 second look at the bike in the parking lot, they also told me that the case saver was just gobbed Also, when the mechanic replaced the seal, he showed me where the bike had been crashed in the past from the cover being punctured so I had to replace the seal and cover which did not fix the leak.

Just bought a brand new KTM 890 Duke GP. Best buying experience I've ever had at a motorcycle dealership. Everybody I worked with was amazing. Staff is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, respectful, and humble. Met the owner, and I can say the staff are a true reflection of ownership. Great guys and great prices. One-stop shop. Chris is a true professional. I came in considering the ducati hypermotard, but explained my situation. I rode 10 years ago and needed a bike for boarder traffic and possible light off-road action. My concern was I'm a smaller guy 5ft 9. And duel sports were too tall. He put me on a scrambler icon and desert sled. While I really liked the sled the hight was still a concern for me, but the icon felt amazing! I applied for financing and got a great offer considering my credit (3 months ago i tried financingat a few other shops and i was payingthe same amount for far less motorcycle!). Told him I had to think about it and do some research as I knew nothing about the scrambler icon. 3 days later I bought the bike. After some YouTube research and message board information I knew I found the bike for me. In a world were all the bikes seem to be getting taller, faster, larger and heavier this icon was spot on. Both feet on the ground, light, good power for interstate rides and light off-road ability. Thank you for the recommendation and not hounding me after I said I needed to research a bit. You've got a loyal customer here. Keep up the great work 👍
